We are a team of independant Certified Residential Real Estate Appraisers working in the areas of Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, James City County, Poquoson, and York County
 Janet L Carpini

Janet is a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser as well as a Licensed Realtor with over 28 years of experience!  She grew up in Hampton and currently live in Newport News. She is a member of the VA and FHA panels and has extensive experience in appraising homes on the peninsula.  She is affiliated with many mortgage companies and banks for mortgage appraisals as well as working with various Realtors for pre-listing appraisals and sketch work.
  
Heather Carpini Harris

Heather is Janet's daughter and was trained by her mother. She is currently a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser who is FHA approved. Previously she was a Trainee Appraiser with the City of Hampton Assessor's Office and then worked as a Senior Appraiser with the James City County Assessor's Office.  

Prior to working in Real Estate Heather was a computer animator and you have probably seen her work on movies like "Horton Hears a Who" and "Ice Age: Continental Drift"
